Features

Size: 4-6 people / 42 square meters
Availability: Not during winter.
Features: A fireplace, refrigerator with a built-in freezer, electric cooker, color TV set, fitted kitchen, kitchen utensils, coffee-maker, electric kettle, microwave, vacuum cleaner.
Sauna and bathroom: Sauna, tiled bathroom with heated floor, shower and geyser.
Outdoor features: Outdoor toilet, a terrace, grill, firewood shed, a rowing boat and garden furniture (summer time only).



Basic fees includes a cleaning instruments and material, also row-boat. Unfortunately we can’t offer life-jackets for all consumers.

Lining and cleaning service are subjects to extra charges and agreement.

General Tariffs

Contact us and book your holiday accommodation straight away. Reservation comes into force as soon as the booking fee is paid. After we see your booking fee paid we will send you a booking confirmation and other info either by post or by e-mail. The full payment must be made not later than 6 weeks prior to the starting date of your holiday.

The price includes general maintenance, electricity, heating, fishing licenses and waste disposal. Bed lining, towels and washing detergents are not included.

Booking fee of 250 € / week is included into the payment and is a subject to refund if the cancellation notice is sent 45 days prior to the starting date of your holiday.

If the customer fails to send a cancellation notice on time, namely 45 days prior to the starting date of the holidays, the decision on the refund will be made in each case individually.

We will check the cottage with a customers together when they check-in and check-out.

Extra fees

  • Bed lining, towels, seat covers and shampoos: 18 € per person
  • Final cleaning: starting at 70 €
  • Opening the door (if the key is lost): 100 €
  • Extra service is a subject to an agreement.
  • More fire wood.
